Yes, we are aware of the fact that W is currently offline, this due to the reason that the box W is running on is currently heavily filtered and is unable to connect to the rest of ScaryNet's network.

To be more detailed about the issue:
IPv4 connectivity of the box in question is currently heavily filtered, only allowing traffic between peered exchanges connections without international transit providers like above.net and level3.
The website now uses our internal IPv6 tunnels (because he.net DOES have peering with the provider that hosts the box with gnuworld), but, ircu and gnuworld on scarynet do not support IPv6.
The idea is to temporary create an IPv4 tunnel routed through the existing, working IPv6 tunnel, but for that we need to upgrade the kernel to at least 2.6.22, another plan is to completly move the box to a new location, and a new location is being planned as well, getting rid of the evil heavy filters.

Also we moved the cservice page to a new location, but still need to enable email sending, this will be done as soon as possible. As noted above, the database connection utilizes IPv6 which enables the site to talk to the filtered box regardless the current filters.

Channel services are back up again, however, it is still possible that some parts do not work 100% yet.

All accounts are untouched, so you should still be able to login with the info as you used back then when they went down.

Our current solution of connectivity is temporary solved using an IPV4 over IPV6 compressed/encrypted link using ssh.
